Follow these links and make sure you’re not on the ATF list of PROHIBITED PERSONS
Generally, you must be 21 or older, not a convicted felon/dishonorably discharged from the US Military, cannot be mentally incompetent, a drug user or convicted of domestic violence (This is a general list and is not all inclusive – be sure to follow all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to firearms sales and possession in your area.)
If your unable to do a local order with us, then you’ll have to pick another FFL Dealer of your choice, in your local area. This happens as a selection during checkout and you can also search the ATF list HERE for a local FFL near you.
Note: Firearms can't be shipped directly to your home. Federal law requires that all firearms must be shipped to a local Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL) Dealer in your State. Then you’ll need to have the firearm “transferred” to you via an FFL Transfer.
After making your Online purchase you should receive an email with your order details, tracking number and information on contacting the FFL where your firearm is being shipped.
Contact your FFL and Schedule your online order pickup. Here at MOO we offer convenient online curbside pickup from the comfort of your own vehicle! You will receive an email with directions for pickup scheduling.
When you arrive to pickup your Firearm the following must be done in person:
Your Identity must be confirmed (Bring a government issued ID – the person who made the order must be the same person picking up the order, you cannot have someone pick up a firearm or make a purchase for you),
You must fill out an ATF Firearm Transfer FORM 4473,
You must pass the ATF Background Check (The background check cannot be done in advance, it must be completed in person by the FFL transferring you your firearm, only after they verify your identity)
After the background check is passed, you will receive your Firearm, congrats!
Note: Due to Federal regulations, guns are not returnable. Please inspect your gun thoroughly before completing the transfer. If the gun received at your FFL Dealer is incorrect or damaged in shipment, do not take possession of it. Contact your Seller immediately. After transfer, any warranty or repair work must be coordinated directly with the gun manufacturer.
